Under supervision of physician, duties will include (but are not limited to) obtaining health histories, performing complete physical exams and psychological assessments, and performing diagnostic procedures in an oncology office.
NP requirements: A minimum of 3 years post MSN experience nursing. RN state license, current state certification of NP, ACON and CPR certification is required.
PA requirements: completion of PA program and current state license. BCLS. Minimum of 3 years experience. Hematology/
Oncology experience preferred.
Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
